Course Substitution and Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your classroom registration without penalty by providing Internetworking Dynamics with written notice emailed to / with the subject line Course Cancellation Notice, followed by calling 1 – 877-488‑6112 and confirming we received the cancellation email no more than 15 business days prior to the start date of the course. If you cancel your reservation in writing by email less than 15 business days prior to the start date of the course, you may apply your paid course tuition to the same course or another course of equal or lesser value for up to 6 months from the original course start date. Failure to attend the course without written notification to the above email prior to the start date of the course will be considered a “No Show” and will result in forfeiture of the full course price. If student materials have been provided when any cancellation occurs, a $600 fee will be charged. If Internetworking Dynamics is forced to cancel a course for any reason, liability is limited to registration fee only.

Substitution Policy

Student substitutions may be made at any time prior to the start of class.

Refund Policy

Internetworking Dynamics will issue a full refund, if by the end of the first day of the course you notify your instructor that you are displeased, for any reason, with the instructor, curriculum or course.
