Course Description

This course includes 90 hours of combined lecture, hands-on projects and labs, led by Microsoft network expert and course developer Robert Vaughn.
This comprehensive 9-day instructor-led boot camp includes installing and administering an Active Directory as well as designing a secure network infrastructure. Training also includes Windows Vista configuration. Learn how Active Directory truly works and how to determine the appropriate design based on different business requirements.
Students will also be trained on DNS, IP-Subnetting, WINS, DHCP, Security templates, Group policies, SQL Server administration and Design, remote access configuration, and more are also covered.

Prerequisites
Although not required, our program is designed to teach IT professionals Active Directory and Security concepts and assumes that students have prior working knowledge. Students should also have working knowledge of TCP/IP, Group Policies and DNS. If you are not sure you are meeting the requirements, please call to discuss the prerequisites with our instructors.
